Workora
An employee types a request. The assistant can look up a document, start a form, or call a tool. Specialized agents are designs for teams such as IT and HR. This section names those parts. It does not describe a named partnership or a measured outcome.

The assistant is the place an employee types a request. Search looks up a document or a record. Specialized agents are designs for a team such as IT or HR. This text names those areas. It does not claim a language count or a completion rate.

A request can be planned, handed to tools, and answered in one thread. This describes the product idea, not a measured success rate.
Assistant, search, and agents are listed as areas a team can walk through. This site does not publish a time-to-value figure.
An agent is a designed conversation: what it may say, which tools it may use, and when it hands off.
Logs, transcripts, and notes sit next to the design so a later version can be edited in the same place.
Chat, browsers, and portals are named as surfaces. Fluency in a language is a setting, not a published coverage claim.
Access control, encryption in transit, audit logs, retention, and vendor review are listed as subjects. Named certificates are not attached to Workora on this site.
Note
An AI assistant platform is software for a workplace chat that can look things up and call tools. It is a product category. This note defines the term. It is not a case study.
Note
On this site an agent is a designed conversation: prompts, tools, and handoff rules. Agent Studio is the workspace where that design is assembled before it is tested.
Note
A surface is the path an employee uses to talk to the product: a chat thread, a web page, or an intranet portal. The same agent design can be attached to more than one surface.
Note
Design is writing what the agent may say and which tools it may use. Test is running sample requests against that design. Review is reading transcripts and changing the design.
Note
A workplace request is an employee asking a company system to look something up, change something, or explain something — a ticket, a policy, a booking. This site groups those requests by team. It does not treat those groups as completed projects.
Solution pages map request types by team. They are not case studies.
